"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Overall, our biggest recommendation is to make sure you keep your invoice handy because the company may not remember what you paid for and what you did not. Also, if you opt for the three month sanitizing treatment, make sure that you keep a record of when your ductwork is due. You must call them for the treatment because they will not remind you. If you ask for a refund for services not rendered, they are not handled in a timely or proper manner.

"My Mother is 91 years old and her air conditioner went out. One of your technicians, JOE BIGO came and gave my Mother a estimate on a new unit. Joe was very polite and very professional. Joe went out of his way to work with us so my mother can get another air conditioner unit. You all are coming next Thursday (20th) to install her unit. Excel is the only ones that my husband and I have service our air and heating in our home. We are always very satisfied with yals service. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
