"Rob was great from the estimate visit, to estimate delivery, and in coordinating the installation appointment (had to sub-contract in a roofer). On the day of service, Rob and Austin arrived on time (as did the roofers) and made quick work of the installation. It seems a rarity to find truly knowledgeable and friendly contractors that are both prompt and excellent communicators. This experience shined on all fronts. Will definitely be using Tim Kyle again. "First, my project was to install, from scratch, a new HVAC system, including ducting, with tha furnace in basement (initially, it was upstears in a closed). Last year and early this year, I got 3 contractors on site, by direct call, and none of them answered my spefic questions but taking pictures and promising that will send an estimate. I never got it. I was getting anxious. So I got the idea go to Angi. First visit I got in the same day I put my request on Angie's site, called his boss advice me to just change the furnace. I could not, because the previous system was heating OK only one half of the house. Finally, next day I got AJB visit an made me happy. He understood perfectly what I wanted and my concerns and explained to better and quite ingenious solutions on my suggestions. I understood him perfectly because I have strong knowledge of aero-dinamicsor or fluid mechanics so I signed the contract right then. Now, I have a sweet warm house in every corner of it."

I finally found a reliable tech who verified the leak was not at the outdoor compressor unit but then ghosted me. He obviously wanted no part in isolating each of 3 line-sets and indoor units to find the leak(s), much less commit to the grueling job of replacing any line-sets, which are routed through several crawl spaces. I was very grateful to find Will Lu from Distributor Air HVAC. He painstakenly did what had to be done to isolate the leaks to 2 of the line sets and then come back to replace them. He conducted himself professionally at all times and was always mindful of keeping my indoor space clean, putting down a pathway of drop cloths and donning booties. I found his rates to be reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He earned my 5 stars. "
