They were very professional, gave me a few options for a new air conditioner, and filled the freon in my broken air conditioner so that I could have cold air until they could come and replace it. It was a few weeks before they could come and the freon ran out before they were able to replace the air conditioner, so they came and refilled the freon to tide me over.
