"Had water tank and HVAC system replaced. Karen provided full overview and options at estimate appointment. She was available by phone for all questions and concerns. Was able to get same week installation. Both Jorge’s & Jacob’s crews worked well together in same space. They were all responsible, respectful and explained post installation. Referred by my family, past customers."

"went very well. Shawn was very courteous and was able to answer all of my questions. Very nice service!"

"It was fine. The serviceman's name was Ken. Ken was very responsive. He cleaned the A/C units and checked the refrigerant. Everything checked out okay. He was respectful and answered all of my questions. "

"Chris was very profesional, punctual and kind when he repaired my dryer, he even had the part right in his truck. I also asked him to fix my dishwasher, so he came back with a new part he ordered. After an hour and a half Chris realized he wasn't going to be able to fix it properly and suggested to buy a new one instead, gave me tips about brands to look for and stores where delivery and installation are free. Chris did not charge me for his time or for a service call! He is honest and reliable and I recommend A Blueline Appliance Repair 100%."

"I was expecting some kind of documentation or pictures from the service which I never got. Other than that, they did what I expected them to do. They explained that their services only happen once every 5 to 10 years. I didn't pay any additional cost. They didn't create a report for me. Their price was at par with the others."

"NATS responded the same day that I called them and picked the computer up at my home. Several days later, Mike called and stated the service to be performed, ensuring the size of the replacement hard disk drive, and provided the approximate cost. Within a week (Memorial Day weekend was during this period), Mike delivered the computer back to my house. I was pleased that Mike had not only reloaded Windows 7 (I had to input my own product code), but he had also spent the time to download and install upgrades to Windows 7."
