"Everything went very well, everyone from the salesman to the office to the installers were professional and pleasant. Definitely will be using their company again."

"Andre came to my house to make some minor repairs and perform upkeep on my system. He and his associate (perhaps his son?) were pleasant, professional, and courteous. He listened to my questions and answered them fully and simply. Very reasonable rates. A few days later, when an unrelated issue occurred, he spent quite a while with me on the phone to see if I could fix the issue without a service call. Very appreciated! I fully encourage you to call them"

"It went very well. I checked out several companies for their reviews. D & W Heating & Air Conditioning was very competitive in price and of high reviews. The were very timely with the work, very professional in their interactions, and very impressive with the quality of their product. Their follow up and call back to ensure everything was to my approval was refreshing. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for air conditioning and/or heating needs."

"The unit is without odor and the air seems to be cooler."

"Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. I was so surprised at quickly he was able to diagnose and then fix the issue. The service was quick but very thorough. I highly recommend Zach and if I ever need service I'm asking for him."

"Like having your hometown mechanic. All services professionally done and competitively priced. Honest and clear about what was needed and what was not."

"Our fridge is 12 years old, and when the ice cream melted we panicked and thought we'd need a new one. But first we consulted Angie's List and chose Coldapplianceman Corporation to do our repair. Mr. Brown responded to our call immediately, but couldn't make it until the next day due to the lateness of the hour. We scheduled to be the first appointment of his day, 8:30am. Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Functioning easily in a very tight space behind our refrigerator (Mr. Brown is not a small man), he quickly eliminated the dreaded compressor possibility and climbed out from behind. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. We would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to our neighbors.

"Mr Trost is very professional and courteous. He repaired my AC when others said it couldn’t saving me money. I would definitely recommend him for your AC needs."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
