"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I had a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them for a complete HVAC replacement. The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. In my own job I manage 15 installers and technicians and I know very well what good customer service is. George's delivered by all measures and I would readily recommend them to anyone."

"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."
