The service person was very clear that they would not warranty the work if they didn’t use a camera. I did not the first time but because they had to come back a second time, we did run the camera. It was disppoonting that I had to pay twice for the work but he was very clear up front so it is my own fault. The service person was very punctual, professional and very good at explaining what he was going to do and very detailed in the results. I would hire them again. I will just be more thoughtful about what I have done."
