"We just bought a new house and ripped up all the carpet in the downstairs.  We found that under some of the carpet there was already hardwood flooring, but it was not in good condition.  We wanted to compare prices for putting all new hardwood vs just sanding and refinishing what was there, and only installing new wood where it was absolutely necessary.  Bill told us that the wood in part of the house was a good quality wood, and he said he had a few pieces of it that he could use to patch the unrepairable areas, and then he could sand and refinish it all.  We also had him install new hardwood in two of the rooms.  We had been a little nervous about the patching, as we got a few estimates, and everyone who came in told us that a different type of wood was needed.  We are VERY pleased with the way the floors look.  The areas that were patched look perfect, and the wood that we thought was "not in good condition" looks as good as new.  The new hardwood that they installed is absolutely beautiful."

"Bill and his staff were amazing. We had the unfortunate experience with another contractor who took our deposit and did a horrible job. I contacted Bill to come in and fix it. He proposed a two phase option due to the furniture inside where they did one part of the condo first then the other part after. At the last minute we had our hot water tank go and needed to be replaced. This created a schedule conflict with the floors. Bill was quick to offer a solution and work with me. He was not only able to accommodate us but most have had a customer move their appointment around to keep our project within a two week window. He came with samples and didn’t require a deposit until I was satisfied. Never have a heard of that and the amount of work and workers he has a lot to lose. He was fantastic with communication, respectful of the building and all the rules and worked diligently and on time. Project was completed within the time they told me it would be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR EPOXY FLOORING. Bill and crew created a beautiful floor and helped me get out of the nightmare we were in with the past contractor."
