"It went great! Vernon did an excellent job of replacing the furnace and air conditioning. He also made some improvements to my aging duct work to improve airflow. The results have been fantastic. A bedroom that used to require its own window unit to stay cool is now ice cold in the summer with the central air. Vernon and his father completed the jobs in a timely, professional manner and the price point was very reasonable compared to other offers. "They came out and cleaned the chimney from top to bottom, the technician worked very hard and did a great job. He also informed us that our chimney liner had several cracks and the liner needed to be replaced to be completely safe. I was very happy with their thoroughness and will certainly have them back next year.

"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"I did not have the work done. I rated C because the staffer seemed to know what he was talking about. When quoted a higher price, around $400.00, versus what I had planned, I deferred. The higher price included a "deep cleaning" extending beyond the ducts. I felt unprepared and pressured."
