"Not Reputable - Says one thing, does another. Gave me quote, and then started work and asked me again what I wanted and then forgets what you told him. Then starts work and sends his "Guys" who don't speak a word of english and you cant communicate with them. Tried calling him to confirm he will make deadline as another job was due next day and he starts getting Rude by telling you what he promised and it is clear he is nowhere near finishing. Then the day they are to be finished I see the floor not grouted and he was to be done 5pm that day, and I called him at 3pm to say, I guess it won't be done today. He gets rude again and says 'Is it 5pm yet", I said, you are going to grout and clean floors in 2 hrs? OK see you at 5pm. He calls me an hour later and says , it won't be finished today, it will be done tomorrow. I say I thought so, and why dont you just admit it? _ Thats because he was never on site to see the work, he takes the money and thats it. Next day he shows up, place not cleaned, washer and dryer in middle of room and doors off and not back in place. He then argues that he gives you a great price, so you should do the cleanup. Finally, in order to settle up, he has the nerve to ask for more money because he didn't understand what Tiling every room but the Bathrooms mean? He said had to take out some tile in kitchen in addition to the carpets in whole unit, and that that is extra. I said I told you everything but the bathrooms! He still insisted he is owed more even though nothing in contract specified this. I gave him a Check and said take it or leave it. Miraculously, check was cashed next morning! I would never Use this guy and warn everyone who is considering this company. You are in for a headache."

"Chip responded instantly to my call and came round to give an estimate. He measured the square footage which turned out to be 30 sq ft less than another company measured. He was very professional and made useful recommendations including the recommendation to use vinyl plank flooring as it is durable and waterproof and looks great. He suggested where I might purchase the flooring and who to speak to and it all went very smoothly. Chip arranged an install date and called to confirm beforehand and arrived on time. He and Bob collected the flooring from the supplier and lifted the carpet off the floor and disposed of it; removed all furniture and replaced everything beautifully afterwards. The job was executed perfectly and I want to tell you - you don't need to look at any other company. My experience was stress free and I am positively delighted with the floor now it is down. It looks beautiful."
