Since my spa hasn’t been used and left empty for years Robin has tried to get the information about my spa as much as possible and also guided me to fill the spa with water to see whether there is any leak beforehand in order to save time and money. John and Austin came to work on time. They are very kind, professional and knowledgeable about my unusual type of Emerald spa which was sold only in Staten Island and off the market already. The spa turned out to have leaks and motor problems after testing. John explained it to us in detail , pros / cons for repair and gave advice in customer’s shoes as well. Both Robin and John were willing to take time to answer our questions and concerns. We are glad to hire them and their service is highly recommended."

"We are trying to find somebody to put a pool in. We called the one that Angie's List recommended and it is called Dig-M-Installers. I went to get the pool and the pool wasn't there. They didn't have the pool's parts. The other company is guaranteeing me that they will have it by the time Dig-M-Installers has scheduled the appointment. We got the quote from Dig-M-Installers. We got the paper work and everything from Dig-M-Installers. My wife got them from Angie's List. Their normal quote is 1029 dollars. I am getting a discount because it is before some date. I am getting it for 928. They are knocking off a 100 dollars. It was the only one on Angie's List and when we went on the phone book a lot of them sounded shaky. We took for granted that the one that Angie's List has was very good. The people that I came in contact with were very kind and very courteous. I saw an older man but to me they are all young as I am 70 years old. He was in his 40s and he was very nice. He was explaining to me how they would like to put it in, where they would like to put it, which would be the best situation where it won't cost me more money to have it done. They are very nice and clean. So far it is real good. They were very professional. Considering responsiveness, they were right back, right away. With this one man so far, it was very professional. I am waiting for them to install a pool and that is the next situation. I will know better once they install a pool."

"I am a small business owner. The heating and A/C in our business were very old so we knew it was a matter of time before they needed to be replaced. Last week the air conditioner finally stopped working for good. I sent an inquiry through Angie's List and Brian Anthony's Refrigeration called me within 3 minutes and was at my business within the hour. They gave us an estimate for the job, which was lower than previous estimates from other companies and we agreed to the specifics. Install was complete within a day and the guys were friendly and knowledgeable. We experienced some water dripping from the A/C and they came back twice in the same day to make sure the problem was resolved. As a business owner, I appreciate the level of commitment to making sure the job is done correctly and correcting problems as they arise. "Technician stated hot water heater needed to be total replaced due to normal wear and tear. Hot water heater is initially the hot water heater installed in 1999 when home was built. Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"
