The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. I paid $616 for a repair to fix a water leak under my toilet, but the issue was not resolved at all. One day later, when I contacted them again to report that the problem was still ongoing, I was told they would now use a ?second option? and was quoted an additional $1,539.35 (Total cost: $2155.35). When I requested that the $616 I had already paid?especially since the issue was never fixed?be applied toward the new work, they refused. Instead, they insisted I pay the full amount again and sign the invoice before they would proceed. This raised SERIOUS CONCERNS for me about both their pricing and overall service practices. I ultimately hired another professional who completed the job for $869, which further highlights how excessive their charges were.
