Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

"I've used Seatown for several different service calls. By far the most major one was a partial rewire that replaced some knob and tube wiring. There are several reasons why I view the as an excellent company: - Their administrative and dispatch system is efficiently and competently run. Phone calls during business hours are answered quickly (I've never been on hold for more than a minute or so), they usually have good availability, and the phone operator takes plenty of notes during your phone call which are then communicated to your technician who then has ample context on your problem right up front. - All of the technicians I've worked with have been friendly, communicative, and professional. It always seemed like they know what they're doing. Also, they will patiently explain to you what's causing your issue and what they did to resolve it. - I want to particularly call out Micah, the technician in charge of my rewire project, who was outstanding. He initially came out to diagnose why a couple of circuit breakers were constantly tripping, and identified the need to rewire my garage, office, furnace, and one bedroom. He wrote me an estimate, which I later compared to other companies' and turned out to be quite reasonable. Between my shopping around and heavy holiday demand, it wound up being a few weeks before the rewire was completed. In the intervening time, the circuits tripped a few more times. When I notified Micah of this, he offered to personally come over to further troubleshoot the problem - on Christmas Day - despite Seatown being closed! Micah also found a way to complete the rewire with almost no interior drywall damage. Finally, he was particularly helpful in answering my many questions about my home's electrical system, both before and after the rewire. Micah's combination of professional competence and personal empathy is very uncommon and exemplary. If you hire Seatown for any major electrical work, try to get Micah as your technician. While I am overall very satisfied with Seatown, there are a couple areas that I think could be improved: - At one point between Micah's initial estimate and the start of the rewire project, the circuit connecting my furnace gave out. This was on December 23rd, and I was concerned about my house not having heat. I e-mailed Seatown's emergency mailbox requesting someone come out requesting emergency service, but did not receive a response until December 27th. The office being closed for the holidays is completely understandable, but if you're going to have an emergency mailbox then you should be able to respond to it promptly 24/7, or at least have some kind of auto-reply that sets expectations on when a human can respond. - For relatively minor calls, their service visit fee is quite inelastic relative to the work that is actually done. By which I mean, I've paid about $300 every time they send an electrician out (other than the rewire), regardless of whether they did significant work like replace damaged, bare wire in my breaker panel, or just tell me not to use a space heater. It probably evens out in the long run, but each service call is a bit of a crap shoot on whether I'm going to feel like I got my money's worth. It seems to me to make more sense to charge a lower up-front visit fee, but then charge additionally for specific services rendered."

We are repeat customers and have worked with Overlake Heating & Air Conditioning for regular annual furnace inspections and a duct cleaning. We have been pleased every time and this time was no different.

I met with Rob on Monday (3/9). He was responsive and gave helpful information about the options available for air conditioner units and the process for getting one installed. He got us an installation appointment for the very next day.

The installers arrived at the promised time the next day and worked diligently for about 6.5 hours, into the early evening. They were positive, friendly, and patient about answering our questions. Their workmanship was high quality and they explained what would happen on day two of the installation. Before leaving they thoroughly cleaned the garage where they were working.

The second day of installation was today (3/13). An electrician (Linder Electric) and an Overlake service technician came out to finish the installation. We weren't here when they performed the work, but again the end results all looked clean, nice, and organized.

The Overlake scheduler and office staff are excellent about communicating updates. We appreciate the responsiveness, reliability, expertise, and professionalism of all of the Overlake staff and definitely recommend them.

"StarDuct Pros were referred to me by my coworker. I was in desperate need to have my crawl space cleaned after unwanted guest (mice) decided to take shelter under my home and made it smell terrible. Simon, came and did a thorough clean up of the crawl space, and replaced the vapor barrier ( the plastic cover) which was left dirty by my unwanted guest. Simon made the whole process clear, and answered all my questions in a patient manner. Great customer service, I highly recommend!"

"I told them they didn't need to drain the water heater, so they didn't. They couldn't adjust any thermostats or mixing valves for the hot/cold water in the showers. They didn't add dye to the toilets or clean or adjust anything. They did recommend I could change the flappers myself, which I did. Didn't clean all shower heads and faucet aerators--maybe one or two. Tightened 2 out of 3 outside hose bibs. Didn't check water pressure regulator that I know of. Replacing toilets--they asked for much more than the going rate, and didn't offer the 10% discount, because they said they couldn't do it the same day--this was what they told me before they came out. We could have rescheduled, but they didn't suggest that. In short, I think we paid about double what we should have. They were respectful and punctual."
