He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. I assume this was to justify charging me $1300+, however, low and behold the job only took 45 minutes. No one stayed to monitor for leaks for 6 hours as I was told needed to be done. Feel ripped off and no one can explain why they charge me essentially $1800 per hour for the work performed."
