I joined their club to get my units inspected each year and 6 years in they tell me that my gas line and sediment trap were built wrong when they were installed. I said well y?all hooked y?all installed it so you should fix it for free. I talked to 2 different managers and they just keep blaming the plumber which makes no sense because this protects the unit from getting sediment in it. They don?t care about doing the right thing.
