"After I got a quote from another plumbing service, Donald came in and offered a less expensive solution that would prevent us from paying for potentially unnecessary equipment replacement. "Service technician contacted me on the day of appointment to notify he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier than the stated appointment time. Upon his arrival Juan was very courteous and made it clear he was taking all precautions regarding the Covid19 virus issue. We reviewed the work to be completed and he set about to take care of everything I requested. Juan answered all of my questions and was extremely patient and courteous in communicating with me.
