"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

"We put off replacing our sliding glass door as long as possible,  Making the wrong choice would be an expensive, annoying mistake.  If a window doesn't open properly, it's an annoyance.  If a sliding glass door doesn't open properly, you potentially can't access your yard, and worst case have a safety issue.
In addition, our existing sliding glass door was an odd size, just over 8.5' wide.  Because of these concerns, we ended up getting quotes from five different companies.  Past experience with getting window quotes made me certain that this would be a painful process.  Surprisingly, one one of the vendors used the old high pressure tactics. 
Steve, from WindowPRO was the last quote we received.  He was knowledgeable about the product, and came up with a solution that not only saved us money, ended up looking great.  The sales process was easy, and we wrote the check for the deposit on the spot.
The next step was to have a project manager come out and take final measurements.  Again this was easy to schedule.  From that point, the window and door was ordered.  A few weeks later they called to make the installation appointment.  Once again, they were able to work with our schedule.
The installation went great.  They called in advance, arrived on time, and did a great job.  Everything looks great, they did a great job cleaning up, and did a great job of explaining the features and care of the new door. 
We have six more windows to replace, and WindowPro will be our first call when we're ready to complete that project.

Our original contractor never showed up on time, so we decided to stop working with him after the demolition of the old bathroom. From the 3 quotes we got for the remaining work, Todd was close to the lowest price and left the best impression being capable taking on the challenging remodeling. Todd started by taking all the assembly instructions home and studied them in his private time. He corrected all the poor and partly wrong pre-work from our first constructor and prepared all the accent wall for hanging points and electrical connection for the future vanity and medical cabinet. Both of these finally beautiful pieces of Art looked more like giant puzzles at the beginning and being an engineer myself, Todd, Dave and I had several late evening discussions about the installation. The motivation for quality from Todd and Dave was nothing short of impressive and they finally got everything done in an outstanding way. All the features work just perfect and everything is adjusted meticulously. Todd and Dave were always on time, treated our house with respect and both were always very friendly and trustworthy. They also perfectly got along with our 2 dogs, so overall we can 100 % recommend them for even the most challenging Bathroom remodeling jobs. "I am a repeat customer for gutter and dryer cleaning so I called whrn the Chimney Cap blew off leaving my chimney exposed and open to the elements and animals. When I spoke with the staff several times on the phone I was assured they carrier caps for immediate install which was not the case.

Nathan who was very peronable came out inspected the chimney and recommends a liner plus new cap. He also recommended some preventive sevices which I elected to think about and get additional estimates. I provided a deposit and expressed some urgency about getting this service completed to recap the chimney which is open.

I was advised to work with schedulers as he was unclear on his schedule and how long I may have to wait for install of the new cap. He did say they would be flexible with time of day for work schedules
