"RainSoft was quick to send someone out to look at our Water Softener system that we were not sure was fully operational in a house we bought. The service person was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our system, tested the water, and confirmed that the system would be safe to use after some initial steps. He told us what we would need to do on our end over the first days and what to do thereafter to maintain the system. We were very happy he could tell us what we needed to know about our system. "Both projects which were done approximately one year apart were done at or above industry standards. The plumber arrived at the appointed time (the last time he arrived 30 minutes early) and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. The gas line repair required inspection by the DTE which approved and certified the work . I have referred Calhoun's to two other people and they both were very satisfied with their work."

"Owner Brad, with Advanced Water Treatment was once my go to. Now his business and workers have gone to complete garbage and lost the big picture on taking care of his customers. Falsifying quotes, very poor installation, pushing updates, manipulating current equipment to be pressured into buying newer. Got a quote on a fiberglass tank but during install they installed a metal one which was cheaper in price but was not changed or stated in final billing. Installer pushed on a new softener as well that did not need to be replaced. Installer did not connect our main feeds to the softener correctly so when it went through its re-gen at 3am it sprayed water inside my utility closet until 630, when I awoke to a water spraying sound. Also did not connect the discharge hoses in the drain tube and was left laying outside softener to discharge on ground. Called and sent a video of the water soaking my drywall in the utility closet and Brad said he was in his way. (630am) 3pm Brad finally shows up and fixes leaking problem, but now my softener miraculous does not work anymore. He left a dehumidifier saying he will be back in 5 days to pick up and replace soaked disintegrating drywall and add rpf board (August 29). Now it is the end of November and still no Brad and have mold in my utility closet. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH ADVANCED WATER TREATMENT!!!!!"

"Cleaned up my pipe routing and put in new shut off valves, I switched over to city water from pump, water softener ect years ago and old valves were leaking. He also secured my water lines to help with the hammer shock making my pipes clang."
