"We were very happy with Yurik and his install team. Prior to install he came out to do a comprehensive onsite estimate, free of charge. He went into the attic space, checked the existing furnace, recommended a compatible AC unit, and gave us recommendations on running duct work to the additional rooms. He was very up front with us that the existing furnace and the compatible AC unit were right on the edge of being able to handle the volume of space we were asking, but we were comfortable with that. He estimated that the entire contraction would take approximately 7 days.
Once we decided to move forward, Yurik?s team was on site on time and ready to work every day. Each day they draped the floors to keep the mess down, and were very good about picking up after themselves. 
Hi team was very efficient, and was able to get the job done in half the estimated time. All the new ducts are sealed nicely, and each register is clean. 
Yurik?s team also installed dampers in each of the ducts, to help regulate the air flow to the new portion of the house and the original and they took the time to properly calibrate the dampers so that each room is nicely balanced. The whole house now benefits from central heat nicely (we tested the AC, but as it?s winter we won?t have a solid test for a few months). 
One thing to note is that they are definitely quicker to respond to phone/voicemails rather then email. Not a horrible problem, but if you want a quicker response that?s the way to get it.
I would definitely recommend UMC for AC work, and we?ll be using them to service the equipment in the future.

He quoted me a good price for replacement that I can't refuse. The central AC was replaced with no hitch and on time. Want also to appreciate the work of Joseph and Joshua who were very courteous in installing the condenser and duct. What I admire most is Perry who sent a crane to pick up my old heavy AC from the hillside backyard of my house which is impossible to bring it up to the street level. He is really a gentleman to pursue his promise to pick it up after I already paid the unit and services. My worry for the old AC to tumble down the hill and not hurt our neighbor is a good piece of mind. Again kudos to the team of Perry."
