"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"I hired this company to service my heating and airconditioning unit which had not been done in the 10 yrs I have lived in this home.They actually came out twice - once in the spring to service the ac then again in the fall to service the heating portion of the unit. They checked the duct work and replaced filters too. I ended up needing to replace one part which was less than $100.00. Very reasonably priced, punctual, professional and polite."

"A pleasant experience from start to finish. The quoting process was a good two-way discussion, and cordial - no pushy salesman telling you how bad Company X or Y was. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The quote wasn't the best (hence the 'B' for price) but it did offer the best VALUE when we considered the equipment specification and the stability of the company - an important consideration when looking at a system with a 25 year life! The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time. Quality of workmanship was first rate and the entire installation was done with care, and tidied away before the team left. Permitting and PG&E inspection were all handled by Sherry, and that was also quick and flawless. Overall, the system they installed easily meets their projections in terms of performance, and it effectively pays for itself. "Jordan showed up to my home that I just bought and went in to the attic and examined the condition of the ducts and insulation and also went on the roof to inspect my package system and found that it had a leak in the coil and found out that the Freon is obsolete. Helped me with my options and wasn’t pushy at all! Would highly recommend and will be doing service with Long's Air Heating and Cooling from now on!"

"Mike did a beautiful job on repairing the cabinet door that was split lengthwise. He put it back together and reattached it to the cabinet. The quality was excellent. I also had an old wooden chair that had a split seat. He put it together and it seems to be good. I needed a counter tile replaced and he went out and found a similar tile and grouted it in. Very nice job. Thank you!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
