Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. "Ben Jr. and David of A.C. Goodier, Inc., 221 State Ave., Holly Hill, FL, came to our home today to install a new Tempstar Air Conditioner-Heat Pump system. It can get quite hot down here in Florida in the summer time and given that our air handler is located in the attic, Ben Jr. had asked if they could start early. At 6:40 a.m. their truck rolled up to our door...and we were ready for them. Everything went smoothly until they found that our previous drain system had gotten clogged and an auxiliary drain was needed. No problem. They got the parts, installed the new drain line quickly, and got the Air Conditioner/Heat Pump system up and running within the 4-hour time frame they had given us. Ben Jr. and David were absolutely great. In fact, we were so happy with the service they provided that we called their boss immediately to let him know. This is not the first time we worked with Ben Jr. and David. We had them service another of our previous residences a couple of years ago and knew that we wanted them to do this job as well since we were so pleased with their previous work. They were quick, professional, and went beyond the call of duty in making sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. We highly recommend A.C. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
