"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. "A guy came out and said our system is no good (the airhandler's blower had rusted out). It's a difficult job to do. Two guys came out and installed, it worked great. Then we had a problem: it wasn't cooling properly. A guy came out immediately and he came back and went to the attic and found that the air handler was leaking (a factory problem). He fixed the problem and it has worked excellent ever since."
