In addition to the work I had contracted him for, he went above and beyond, replacing another faulty part without extra charge, cleaning up my outdoor unit, and even cleaning up the weeds I had let grown up around and under the outdoor unit."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "The sales part was a bit catchy. I was originally quoted a much higher rate, but after sharing a similar product and installation at a lower price, the gentleman from Summers called back and offer us a price with in $100 of the other quote and quicker service.
Installation was okay. The installers did not check to ensure the floor drain in our basement worked (it didn't) and created a large puddle in the basement, since our basement is not finished, it was not a big deal, but a little messy. A few hours after installation I turned on our bathroom sink and heard a loud "pop" from the basement. One of the welds on the piping had burst. Fortunately, my husband was able to turn off the water, to keep from flooding the basement. It took them a few hours before they were available to come out and fix the problem.
