Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "The sales part was a bit catchy. I was originally quoted a much higher rate, but after sharing a similar product and installation at a lower price, the gentleman from Summers called back and offer us a price with in $100 of the other quote and quicker service.
Installation was okay. The installers did not check to ensure the floor drain in our basement worked (it didn't) and created a large puddle in the basement, since our basement is not finished, it was not a big deal, but a little messy. A few hours after installation I turned on our bathroom sink and heard a loud "pop" from the basement. One of the welds on the piping had burst. Fortunately, my husband was able to turn off the water, to keep from flooding the basement. It took them a few hours before they were available to come out and fix the problem.
