They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. "The first place we called charged $370 and spent 15 minutes replacing a part he thought was the fix. It wasn't. He spent more time trying to sell us a new furnace. We called Bow Heating, and Bill came out and spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issue. He figured it out, and went above and beyond repairing it. And charged less than the first guy who didn't fix it. Great job."
