"I had All Weather Heating & Cooling do routine maintenance on my 10 year old system. They informed me that coolant was low, and I probably have a coolant leak. They replaced coolant and advised evaporator coil replacement (over $1600) or new unit ($4300 plus). I then had Coast to Coast Heating & Air come out for a second opinion--AT No Charge!. Kurt spent time examining the system, explaining what he was doing and looking for. He didn't find a leak, tho' they said there may be a very small one. Coast to Coast said the loss of coolant might have been from a loose cap also. He advised that I just monitor the system, no need for coil or new system a this time. I will recommend to anyone!"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"Cornerstone Pros' office staff, estimator, and installation techs were very professional and customer oriented in all contacts I've had with them. They installed a Bradford White water heater plus added an expansion tank to safely manage the water pressure. They replaced the old (plastic) PVC water inlet valve with a better brass valve and put on new stainless steel water supply flex lines. Their pricing is fair and workmanship is excellent. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
