"Outstanding experience with Mid-Valley Chimney. Fast response to request for quote and chimney repair. In the process, they found some significant deficiencies and possible hazards which were then repaired in a follow-up call. Employees in the field and home office were polite and helpful making it a pleasure to do business with them."

"Jeremy did a great job cleaning our chimney. He was punctual, professional and thorough. I would recommend chimney works for chimney cleanings and inspections prior to purchasing a new home."

"They did a great job. The technician was on time, polite, very quick, and knowledgeable. The technician answered all of my questions, and gave me helpful tips about how to use and care for my chimney/fireplace. I have also purchased chimney caps from them, which they are scheduled to install soon. I would definitely recommend them."

"Mr Jones and crew worked very fast and very efficiently to clean and inspect our chimney. He gave great advice about our chimney and suggested many ways to help keep it working well."

"Excellent experience from the start. The owner, Steve, took my initial call and took time to explain the entire process for cleaning the ducts. I have lived in my home for 16 years, I own pets and have never had this service before. Steve assured me that this service would make a difference in the hvac in my house. They scheduled me for a convenient date with a window for the service to start of about 2 hours. The day of the service, Jason and Lee called to let me know they were running early on their schedule and they were actually able to come to my house a little early.  They were professional and friendly. After a brief tour of the house to identify all the ducts and cold air returns and the furnace, they started right away. It was a rainy day, but they made sure not to track dirt or mud into the house and even wiped up the area around the door before they left. They took the time to explain all the process and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. The cost for the service was exactly as quoted. No hidden charges or surprises. The whole process took a couple of hours. Because Steve did such a good job explaining what was going to happen on the initial call, I felt totally prepared for the work.

"Excellent. The company walked me through it and addressed any questions and concerns I had. I love that I can literally check on the status of my home on my phone. I can set the alarm or remove it with the touch of a button. Frontpoint feels that self installation is safer and superior then having a stranger come in and set it up. I agree. I am a 72 year old widow and had no trouble installing the alarm system myself. Now I feel secure and I also know exactly how everything works. If there is a problem, Frontpoint is a phone call away and will walk me through addressing the issue."

"It went great, and we hired them to perform additional maintenance for our chimney as well as others in our building. Everyone was very pleased with the service, warranty, and price.

"Overall they did a very good job and they were friendly and fast. I have to get a damper installed in the fireplace so they have to come back for that and I don't know what the installation charge for that will be. I'm glad they can get it done for me, but I did have to pay for part in advance. Also, I would have preferred they put down a tarp because I had to do a lot of sweeping after they left ."

"It was absolutely amazing. We love working with them. They worked with our properties, with our chimney. They were very polite, clean, sweep and vacuum as they go. They let you know what's going on, right on the money. They did it for less than anybody else."
