"Finding a remediation company that will also handle rebuilds was a huge pain. Researched and called a bunch of places. Finally settled on ServiceMaster by All Pro. I had a fridge leak that caused water damage to wood flooring, walls, and custom cabinetry in my kitchen. I just had Service Master do the containment and mold remediation plus the wall/cabinet removal/rebuild. The original flooring company handled installing the custom wood flooring afterwards. The remediation was done promptly (which is very important) and professionally. HEPA fans, containment and the other items specified in the mold remediation protocol I had done by mold testing company, Mold Inspection Sciences, were strictly adhered to. The drywall was removed up to four feet to ensure no damaged area would remain and cabinetry/wood flooring was removed from the damaged area. Everything was dried out and thoroughly cleaned. Jeff Wyble, Juan Quintero and crew were very professional and did a great job. There were some delays related to the rebuild and some times where I had to call multiple times to try to get something scheduled, but this work was also done right after Hurricane Harvey hit Texas, so this type of work was in high demand. So, it is understandable, but it did require some patience. I would not hesitate to go with ServiceMaster by All Pro again. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I was very happy with the work. I was glad I didn't go the cheap route with another company and get substandard work or result. They had to rebuild custom cabinets from scratch and get them to match the other cabinets that weren't damaged in the kitchen. I was really worried about this part of it since it had the potential to change the look of my kitchen, but they did an amazing job and it looks exactly like it did before. Huge props to them!"

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."
