"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"So the guys came and put in the door. No wood left for me to try to match stain to and none provided by Matt as promised, and as mentioned in earlier review. Now found out when we went to stain doors that there was a pretty big gap left at the top between the new door frame and the wall, thus anything such as cold air, etc. could get in. Not only that but on the side, the shims that they put in were there and never caulked. Also, the top piece of trim around the new door was loose already and we have hardly used the door. Not very pleased with this and feel that Matt thought I was a dumb because I am a woman and treated me as if I knew nothing. I needed the wood that they had as not all wood takes stain the same way, as I tried to tell Matt, but he would not get the wood to me as promised. Feel that he promised great service and did not deliver. Would not use again."

He is very kind and patient. The guys showed up on time this morning ready to work. They listened to any concerns and had our new front door installed in less than 4 hrs. "      Had our crawl space encapsulized yesterday, everything went very well. I was told the installers would be here between 10am and 11am. They were here at 10:15 and started right away. There were five workers and they all were very professional. They were done around 6pm, had me inspect all their work and explained how they performed the work. They cleaned up all materiels
 and left the property in very good condition.  From start to finish, everyone was very professional and no pressure. Their work is warranted for the life of the structure.
    I would recommend this company to anyone.
