"The flooring install came out very nice. Very level with almost no lippage. We decided to spend more for the leveling system which was worth the cost. Gregory was there when he said he would be and finished on time. Cleanup was good but we did have to de-haze after. There were a few small items we wanted to correct when he comes back to do the shower but do not detract from the overall job. We are happy with the outcome and plan to hire again for the shower."

We had what we thought was a small leak from our dishwasher which damaged a few of our wood laminate floor tiles. Jaime had a couple of guys out right away to pull up the flooring to assess the damage. Turns out the water ran under those wood tiles and we had to have most of our kitchen flooring pulled up. Jaime was very knowledgeable in assisting us finding a high quality replacement for the flooring as our existing flooring was no longer available anywhere, and matching it up would have been almost impossible, given it was in the main area of the house. He found us waterproof hard vinyl tile flooring that looked like real stone that was environmentally friendly. Jerry and his assistant did an amazing job installing the flooring. Our kitchen floor looks beautiful, is durable, and the quality of the flooring meets our high standards."

"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family.
