"Hamilton Plumbing did an amazing job for the work they conducted. I worked with Vernon who was very professional, responsive and polite in the coordination and completion of this effort. He kept me updated with the process and scheduling of the work. On the day the work was performed, he made sure to lay down drop clothes and kept the whole effort, which was pretty extensive, clean and organized. The water line and hot water heater were replaced and completed in under 4 hours. Upon completion, Vernon's team took the time to properly fill the hole in the yard that needed to be dug up, and retained the original layer of grass that was removed, and placed it back on top. "Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. The work was done in a timely manner and we have been completely satisfied. We would definitely hire B A R Appliances again for our HVAC needs."

"Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."
