"Excellent ! This was a high quality team of professionals, from the first person we met to the last quality control inspector. Our air conditioning removal and replacement was handled by at least a dozen different people from Bradham Brothers. They found solutions to the problems we asked them and never pressured me to sell us something we didn't need or want. We had asked them originally to replace our furnace and a/c unit and use the existing ducts. After they had removed the old equipment, I was down in the basement asking questions about cleaning my ducts. They showed me how flimsy and worn out the ducts were and my wife and I decided to replace everything. They requoted a new price for the additional work which was fair. This was completely our decision. We are Very Satisfied ! When the county building inspector came by to inspect the installation he told us he never has to worry about Bradham Brothers work. "They are a top of the line company and they really know the building codes". He said, "They made his job so much easier". They were not the cheapest company we found nor the most expensive but, clearly they are one of the best !"

"I have been using the company for about 7-8 years. I recently had an issue with the heat pump. They were very responsive and came right out. I called them on a Sunday morning and they were out in about 40 minutes. He had to replace 2 parts but only charged me for one of the parts. He did not want to take a chance on having the other part fail down the road and for me to be charged again for that. They try to go the most cost effective route and will not price gauge.I know the owner personally and have known him for several years. He runs an excellent outfit. Being on their plan has really helped me out and gives me great service. They provide an excellent service and are very customer oriented. They are very helpful and happy to work with you on whatever you need. They have always explained to me what they are doing and why which I have really appreciated. They like to keep me informed and are very interactive."

"We have searched for a good, reliable plumber for years and tried quite a few before finding E R a few years ago. We have used them for water heater replacement, water line repair, and most recently, replacing our main water line after our water bills shot out of sight. E R is not necessarily the least expensive, nor are the the highest, but they are extremely responsive, personable, professional and do quality work. I was very impressed when I submitted a request online on a Sunday, non emergency, and got a call back in a short time. That wasn't requested or needed, but very much appreciated. After they came out and determined the problem, I received a quote from Dave that night and prompt answers to questions via email. We've had the same plumber, Taylor, for most of our service and really like him. They did a quality job replacing my water line. U should have listened when they recommended replacing vs repair a few years ago and it would have save me some bucks. A few days after they left, I discovered my irrigation was off. The came back out the next day after I called and realized there was a connection problem and quickly rectified. I'm glad to have a trustworthy and reliable plumber and plan to continue using them in the future."

"Rick and his crew did a wonderful job on something that is a big mess. One of the main reasons I choose Rick was because of his responsiveness to my questions after he provided a quote. That didn't changed after I hired him which was a pleasant surprise. During the process, his crew worked on some interior projects as well and they again did a fantastic job. I would hire Rick McCoy again for large or small projects."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

He was able to move up the installation date which helped us tremendously since we couldn't move in until the carpets were installed. The installers were professional and did an ecellent job. "We called him, he answered when we called and was at my house the same day. Fixed the problem.  He advised us that soon we would need  a replacement unit but that he did not mind fixing the unit but we needed to keep that in the back of our minds for the future, Never did he once try to force the issue of a new unit. This was the 3rd time we have had him out and will always contact Garrett. Its nice to have someone come out that you can trust and feel like his prices are fair."
