"Excellent!!! We had a limited amount of time for her to complete the project and she made it work. I love that there was no sanding, for a person that has breathing issues, this was the best possible solution. The floors look beautiful!"

"Brian was able to install a 4 piece appliance package at the last minute! French door fridge with ice/water dispenser/maker, over the range microwave, stove and dishwasher. He also removed the old dishwasher and hauled it away. I wish he could have advised on the clearance of the microwave above the cooktop as it is very low/close to the cook top surface."

"Rooster came out to fix the drywall in my home, upon inspection he discovered that I needed more help in other areas. I gave him my budget, then he let me know what he could do for that amount. He installed the floor I had purchased in record time, and it looks beautiful!!"

"Went smoothly and quickly.  They did request to do a second coat of polish for an additional $130 which I thought was reasonable.  Floors look fantastic and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to restore the shine to their hardwood floors.  Note that any significant scratches will remain after resurfacing which they will inform you of before the work is performed.  Thanks.

FAQs for flooring install, repair, or refinish projects in Fort Wayne, IN

Removing tile flooring is a messy job. Expect flying chip fragments, mortar dust, and plenty of debris. Protect the space with plastic sheeting and drop cloths, and gear up with goggles and a respirator before you start prying. Pros keep the mess in check by attaching industrial vacuums to their tools, a setup that captures dust at the source and leaves the work zone far cleaner than a DIY approach.

Removing the old tile first is almost always the smarter play. If you tile over worn or uneven flooring, the new surface can crack, pop, or sit higher than the surrounding rooms. Fixing that later costs far more, especially if you need to re-level the floor. By demoing the tile now, you get a flat, solid subfloor and avoid surprise repairs down the road.
