Rich even cleaned up any spilled water. Would highly recommend, and use again. Price was $500 less than other contractors as well."

"Our hot water heater went out the night before we were to go on vacation. Impact Plumbing contacted me immediately and was the ONLY company that would give us an estimated cost of the job without coming to the house to do a free quote. They were significantly cheaper than the other companies, had EXCELLENT customer service and communication, installed a quality product, and came in exactly at their estimate. Carlos changed the hoses and did everything that needed to be done at no extra charge. We will definitely use them again, and would refer them to anyone."

"Came out within the hour and did not require photos etc. to show up. Fixed my problem and was very polite and accommodating. Kenneth Kowalczyk was a 5 star serviceman. Did not charge for the simple solution and offered to come the next day to test the water without charge. I felt he was very honest and i will for sure be calling him to install or update my system when it's needed. "

"I talked with Scott on the phone and got a price. I called back later to schedule the work and they were able to install when I wanted. Showed up in the middle of my time window. Scott did a great job getting thing done quickly, safely and professionally. They only offered one water heater. I was wanting a better option, than the standard heater but that's all he offered. I could've paid more for a longer warranty on it but that's the same heater, not built any better. Very happy with the work they did."
