"Called them to access my issue. It turned out only needed to replace the toilet tank flapper. The lowest level of service that allowed waiver of $49 visit fee was $207+ tax. Even with 10% senior discount it would be more than me paying the $49 house call fee plus the $98 to replace the just flapper. Technician called manager to get permission to waive $49 but manager declined. I feel manager was being obstinate and less than customer centric especially in light that I have been a customer over 20 years. I will use them again. They should have an ala carte pricing for individual pieces rather than tiered pre-priced service cost that includes service a customer may or may not need."

Got an ad last month advertising JL Anderson does this so out of curiosity I called for an estimate and met with Richard a few days later. I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. This cost a lot of money where I felt the tech was in a bad mood the entire time at our house even making a comment we needed to shut one of our dogs up! Probably would not use the plumbing part of Williams Comfort air in the future!"
