"Richard and Ethan did a fantastic job! Very professional and you could tell they took pride in their work. The new Lenox is amazing and works perfectly. I could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of the team that installed my new Lenox system. Thank you for introducing me to the neighborly community. I will be calling you soon for a new water heater!"

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. His estimates offered multiple choices with the differences clearly explained. Comfort Zone replaced the first unit shortly after his initial visit. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. I'd highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, just as a friend I trust had recommended them to me."

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."

"Great replacement experience until the end. They messed up my ceiling trim and paint and didn't come back as promised. I had to call the manager to get repairs done. They also suck at follow up customer service. They didn't call to see if I was happy with my installation or to see if I wanted a service plan. Oh well. Their loss."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Installed new unit in new home! Did an excellent job."

"This was without doubt the best moving experience I've had. They called to inform us they were en route. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Prior to leaving they offered to help in rearranging the furniture as well! Privately owned thus offering a more personal encounter than other national or regionally movers. I cannot praise them enough. I would strongly and without any hesitation or reserve recommend them."

"When the original HVAC company (Gibson's) placed my units during my build-out, we had problems from the very start, They were brand new units going into a brand new building yet, they didn't work properly. Thousands of dollars and several companies later, no one seemed to know how to fix the problem, and Gibson's basically refused to honor their work. Recently the HVAC system stopped working all together. I found Kyle's on Angies list and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! After listening to what I had been going through and explaining to Kyle what other companies had told me the potienial problem was along with potential high priced fixes (from the drain pipes for the HVACS never being glued together and drained properly, to suggesting replacing the units) Kyle decided to think outside the box. After a thorough investigation, Kyle figured out what the problem was and came up with a solution. He is super friendly and very professional. He fixed the problem quickly. If I EVER need an HVAC company again, I will most definitely call Kyle! If I EVER hear of someone needing an HVAC guy I will point them in his direction. Hands down the best kept secret HVAC company in Kentucky! I can not say enough good things about this company. I am extremely happy with his work and grateful he chose to add me to his work load. Kyle treats his customers with respect. He listens and investigates before offering his honest recommendations."

"From service repairs to full installation Kester hasn't let me down. Great company and even better service."
