"Jeff was amazing. He arrived on time, explained the fireplaces to us. Inspected them, opened the flue, and lit one. The other one he inspected and deemed it suspect. He did not light that one and recommended we replace it with a new one or upgrade to ventless. Jeff was very professional, careful not to track in snow/dirt. Eco will be our 'go to' company for all our plumbing needs."

"The salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Michael gave me the best price, and I felt he is sincere, so I chose to use this company to replace the Heating & A/C. At 2018-09-06, Michael, Shaun and another guy showed up for the installation. I paid for an XV series Furnace, but the furnace they brought to my home is XR 16. I was told the internal is indeed a XV furnace, but the door is XR 16 door. They already showed up at my door, so I decided to accept it whether it is the wrong furnace or not. Michael, the sales man said that he will replace the wrong furnace door with a right furnace door. But after the installation, he never contacted me again. Shaun and the other guy did the installation, and they had really good attitude, and I appreciate that. Overall, the experience is not too bad. But the wrong door they installed always makes me suspect if they installed the right furnace that I paid for or not."

"Wonderfully! Came home from vacation to a sweltering house on a Thursday evening. We called another HVAC who we have a "service contract" with. They sent someone out who said it was a blower motor that needed replaced and the part was $300-$500 and they didn't have the part in and we would have to wait to Monday to have one installed. They actually advised us to call Watkins and said they would say the same thing. So we called Watkins who came out Friday afternoon. The tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and determined to find out what was wrong with the blower motor. He took the motor out and checked it out and cleaned it. He also stated that if he couldn't fix ours he had one to replace it with on the truck. He found out what was wrong ( a possible loose wire), put the motor back in and instantly we got air and it started cooling off the house. He asked if we wanted it cleaned before doing so, and said it was up to us, no pressure, we decided to have it done since it was already apart. He also offered us a service contract, again, no pressure at all. We took the service, as we were well pleased with the service and the tech's ability and professionalism. One of the best techs we have had do any service for us. All this, except for the cleaning, for the service call fee of $89. The cleaning was an extra $103 (well worth it in my opinion because I can't crawl around in the scorching attic to take the blower apart and clean it and put it back in!), for a total of $192.85. Excellent service!"

Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. "I initially asked one of the larger companies in town to check out the problem I had with the AC starting and stopping. They told me I had a refrigerant leak and it would cost upwards of $3000 to repair it and recharge the system. They suggested I replace the entire furnace and AC system as it is about 15 years old. Called Westchester Heating and Air conditioning for a second opinion. They found a bad capacitor on the outside unit for the AC. They had the part with them, made the repair in just a few minutes. Checked the refrigerant level which was fine. They saved me literally thousands of dollars. Outstanding service!"
