"Dave appears to be a very trustworthy person. After giving me my estimate, I handed him the keys to my cottage. I live three (3) hours away. I did not need to be there and he kept me continuously updated on the work. But once the work was so called finished, I had some concerns and Dave did initially come to my cottage. After still having concerns regarding my wall furnace, I only once have been in contact with Dave and we did schedule for another appointment. Dave DID NOT show or call stating that he could not make the appointment that had. I have NOT been able to reach him by phone or text. He simply does not return calls. He was PAID IN FULL but has not addressed my concerns. This makes me wonder if he will even HONOR the warranty for two (2) years that he's given. The name of his business is: Straight as an Arrow!!!! I am not a person who complains but living three (3) hours away from my cottage and not showing up or calling, I believe is very unprofessional."

"Very professional. Replaced furnace & Air conditioner plus new water heater a Humidifier plus Hi Tech thermostat. I had made 4 requests to heating and cooling companies. They came in with a lower bid and superior product. Work was scheduled and they completed everything within 1 day. Everything was completed with exception of charging the air conditioner which must wait until Spring weather. A very professional company to work with!"

The first company came out and tried to sell me everything and anything and had financing .. I almost did it but the 12 thousand plus price tag scared me .I'm glad I didn't cause a guy at work gave me the number to MIKE at MCHVAC and I'm glad I called .Mike came out and gave me a honest professional option of what shape my system was in and option of what I could do .
