"The entire experience went really well. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and able to be set at a convenient time for me. Before the technician arrived I received a text message and a phone call with the name of who I should be expecting. They arrived on time and placed their shoe covers on before entering my home. Zach then proceeded to ask if I had any concerns or problems before beginning my plumbing inspection. He checked all of my pipes and drains as well as toilets and water heater. Zach showed me a picture of a pipe that was starting to rust under my sink to make me aware, but mentioned it wasn't something that needed to be done that day. He then informed me of the age and average life of my water heater so I could begin planning for the future. At the end I decided one of my toilets needed to be replaced. He had exactly what I wanted on his truck and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. They left my home as if no one had been there with cleanliness. I will certainly use Mr. Rooter plumbing again in the future."

"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"AirTemp Solutions called me right away on Friday after making initial request on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for Monday. On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"

"I moved into my house about two years ago and would get floods in my basement during every storm. I tried to fix it myself environmentally, but failed in my attempts. The difference was the representative from Basement Gurus had a more natural approach and took the time to ask numerous questions, as the other representatives asked little to no questions. I could not speak more highly of the representative and his team at Basement Gurus, they took the time to explain every step and the process before and during the installation to keep me involved with what was going on. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of my house, they were very efficient and they "did not play games" for lack of a better word. lol The very next day we had heavy rains, which I was excited to test out my waterproofing system! During and after it rained there was not even a single drop of water in my basement or laundry room. The representative even had his team remove and replace all of the studs that had become moldy and also put in new mold resistant drywall.
