"It went well. He called ahead to let me know when he expected to come. Once on site, the Westbrook plumber gave me cost estimates for the various options I was thinking of (such as having a new faucet and 2 new water lines installed). He actually advised that I could get a handyman to do such a job for less than a plumber. I decided to stick with the simplest and least costly for me -- for him to just replace the nut. He didn't have the exact kind of nut in his truck, but found one that did the job. He did the job and kept his cool despite the fact he was a big man working in a small, confined space. The service call itself -- for the plumber to come out and diagnose -- is $75."

"Tech came out. Went through from obvious faults and worked way up. Ended up getting drain line flushed and then replacing the blower motor. Now AC is going better then ever. Took much longer then anticipated but only because they were trying every cause and effect. Even had owner come out and eventually found the right combo to fix. Was not charged for visit itself or diagnostic time, which was expected but still nice to have to haggle about at end of it all. Have used them since bought home a few years back and would still recommend to this day."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Excellent experience in every way. The tech was at my home within a half-hour of the appointment time. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. Your system is in excellent condition. Just call us for an annual check-up each spring and you'll be fine.and quot;
When a friend's a/c stopped working and he couldn't get anyone to come to his house any sooner than 2 days out, I suggested that he call Hurm, based on my good experience. Not only was Hurm there within a few hours, they fixed the problem for less than another company had quoted.
Overall, they are an honest and professionally managed company. They won't do unnecessary work to drive up your bill. I highly recommend them.

"We noticed Eric working on a neighbors home. We inquired what he was doing... along story short - He was installing a Super Clean Air System. The combination of UV light and Carbon Filtration has made our house “Hypo Allergen protected”. Since our house was subject to a very bad mold situation 9 years ago .... I’ve never totally felt comfortable.... Bottom Line - Eric came into our house and was a total gentlemen. He seems to know his Stuff very well. I would highly recommend Best Choice and particularly in Florida his “Clean Air Mission”... certainly was important to us. The total bill was $750, and he stayed on the job 3+ hours. My wife and I feel it was a good investment."
