They are very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me two options for replacement of my sump pump and check valve. They had all the necessary equipment in their truck and took less than an hour to have the replacement installed and everything running perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and hire again!! "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."
