With the increasing cost of R22 Freon we knew the time was near and a spring replacement was planned. That was before the blower motor in the furnace started to make a terrible noise and quickly failed, moving up our timeline. We had already done our research and decided on a Trane system. Based on overwhelming positive reviews and a co-worker referral, we decided to call Westin Air for an evaluation and quote. Our experience with Cathy, Westin's sales rep, was very pleasant - a full assessment of our needs and review of our options and no hard sell. The system suggested was the Trane S9V2 furnace with the XL18i air conditioner. Since our A/C was not working, installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation crew was incredible. They put tarps down on the hardwood floor and went above and beyond when it came to being careful. They cleaned up inside and out to the point you would never have known they were at the house. Our experience with Westin Air mirrored all of the positive reviews we read online. The office staff, salesperson and install team were all enjoyable to work with. There was a sense of honesty and integrity in everyone we encountered. There would be no hesitation to recommend Westin Air."

In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck)."

"The lady who takes your calls is uncommonly straight forward and nice. On both occasions when I called I initially had later appointments but the plumber finished work at both locations earlier than anticipated. The telephone lady called and asked if the plumber could come earlier to make the fixes and replacements. After that it's really straight forward - that's what I loved about this company. The plumber shows up, you show him the problem, he works efficiently and thoroughly, doesn't waste his or your time asking about the kids or telling you about his Aunt Trudy, he cleans up, gets payment, and leaves. I loved working with this company because their's is the ideal business model - telephone lady is direct and upfront, the plumber came (earlier than expected - which worked better for my schedule), he did what he was supposed to do, performed quality work, received payment, and left. "On May 24, 2019, I replaced two 20-year-old York AC units with (two) 2-ton 13 seer Carrier units at my rental. The two technicians Brad and Kevin arrived around 10:00 AM. They removed the old units and installed the two new units. The total cost $6,174.00 including permit fees, tax, and installation. It includes a 5-yr parts & 1-year labor warranty. The technicians, Brad & Kevin were great. They were conscientious, personable and willing to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, it rained part of the day. They made sure to put down drop cloths and kept the mess to a minimum. The entire installation took approximately 9 hours. I stayed and watched the entire time so I can attest to their work ethic, expertise and honesty. The old equipment was removed by a scrapper they called. The only issue I have and it is not with the installers but the company's policy of only giving a 5-yr warranty rather than the normal 10-yr residential warranty. They considered my residential rental as commercial. But I knew this up front. So the issue for me was should I go with another company that I received a bid from but which was around $350 higher per unit to get the 10-year warranty or go with New Albany H & C? I chose the lower price over the longer warranty. New Albany H & C is part of a larger group of companies that include Pickerington H & C, Hilliard Dublin H & C, and a few others. I like the company's policies and customer service but the warranty issue does stick in my craw. I would use the company again and I would request Brad and Kevin again."
