That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. "We cannot say enough good things about Atlantic Siding and its owner, Jack
Malcolm. In point of fact we cannot critique one without the other.
  Our
Certainteed siding began show troubling signs of wear just three or four years
after installation. Gaps grew at the seams; slats bowed and warped; on windy
days the cumulative noise of the clattering of loose boards became unnerving;
and eventually slats began to fall from the house. We begrudgingly began the
tedious process of seeking out an honest and reputable company to re-side our
family home.
  For about three weeks, a succession of "salesmen" sat in our
living room discussing measurements, materials, and promises.  Jack Malcolm is
no salesman, but a working owner-supervisor whose word is final. He reports only
to the customer and himself.
  When Jack walked in with his thick Jamaican
accent, we slowly began to grasp that here was a man of honesty, integrity, an
absolute belief in Hardy Siding,  an enthusiastic pride in his own
craftsmanship, and a work-ethic seldom found on the American scene anymore. 
Here was a working wisdom that we grew to  trust implicitly. And we made no
mistake doing so. We struck a deal at a very reasonable price, a price to which
Jack never wavered. Once the price was set, that was it. There were no hidden or
revealed costs.
  JACK IS THE REAL DEAL. He climbs the ladders and works
along those he supervises. He exercises full oversight and follows a harsh
schedule, overseeing every detail of every task with the cautious eye of long
experience. Jack actually cares about the finished product which he calls his
true "signature" and drives his men in a pursuit of QUALITY, not quantity, and
that's a very rare attitude in these days of paying top dollar for minimal
effort. The men that work at Jack Malcolm's side are no apprentices, but veteran
craftsmen each  trained by Jack individually over DECADES and experienced in the
art of dressing a home's exterior.
  Over the two weeks needed to re-side
our 3850 square-foot house, Jack made suggestions and offered his working
experience on so many refining points. His painters  detailed our homes exterior
woodwork and guttering. [ At one point he even installed a storm door over a
side door to the garage. Why? To protect the woodwork and jams from the weather,
a detail ignored by the original builders. I bought a door at Lowes, and one day
Jack, with one of his men, installed it beautifully. ] Vents were covered with
cages once he discovered a bird presence. Torn screens found experienced hands
to repair them. Faux-shutters were painted and re-anchored to our front brick.
  In the end, our home was astonishingly beautiful and renewed, far beyond
that provided by the siding alone. The care and detailing, the work ethic, the
experience and taste, for a most conservative price tag, and with an overall
enthusiasm and old world craftsmanship, make my wife and I want to proclaim our
complete admiration for the Atlantic Siding Company. Well done and thank you so

"This was our third hiring of Champion since last spring. The first time it was a kitchen window and patio door. The second was a four season sunroom (which they're building now). Now it was two entry doors. Aaron Willhoite was the salesman we met with this time. He was very friendly and answered our many questions about why they're doors are different then the big box stores, Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but once we figured the price in the long run wasn't much more and less headaches, we went with Champion again. Yes, we did run into delays with the sunroom, then again Corvid did cause problems everywhere. Their products have been to date high quality and would consider them again in the future for other projects. "Mike provided a quick response to my inquiry call and we arranged a date/time for him to do the work. He followed up via text on the service date and he arrived promptly. Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely call him in the future for other home repair / maintenance needs."

"The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem.  We had to have them come out again.  He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair.  They were OK with pricing.  Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did.  The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.  That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier.  I would use them again."

"Their work is holding up well.  They matched my house perfectly.  It looks like it is freshly painted all the time.  It is a lifetime guarantee which has held up.  Before they came, they did major reconstruction work around some areas that we didn’t even know needed to be reconstructed.  They were very careful to check like window sills and the baseboards of the windows.  We had carpenter ants and so the windows had to be redone.  They fixed them.  They found the flaws in the construction and they fixed them.  They caulked and primed everything.  It was a very big job.  They were very nice guys and it was a good crew.  They were professional and they knew what they were doing.  The price was high but it was worth it.  If something comes up in the future, they will rectify it which is part of the deal."

"Caliper Construction was very timely in providing a written estimate for the work. They were very helpful in assisting in obtaining financing for the project. They worked diligenently with my old insurance company due to hail and wind damage but was not successful in convincing them to assist in the cost of replacement.

Caliber arrived on site at the scheduled start time. By the end of the first day the old roof was stripped, and 3/4 of the new shingles were installed. By 10:00 the next day the roofing was completed.

It took Caliber one day to replace the gutters on the entire house.

Additionally they painted the ceiling in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked as an integral part of the project.

I was very impressed with Calibers professionalism and work ethics. Lenard and Cassandra did a remarkable job through the entire project.
