Plumbing Authority took care of getting permits & inspections. The finished product was done to code & the cooktop works great. When the shut off valve for one of my toilets started leaking & the toilet wouldnâ t stop running, I called The Plumbing Authority. This time Keith came to the house. He couldnâ t have been nicer. After checking out the problems, he gave me two options as well as estimates. Once again, great workmanship. I highly recommend The Plumbing Authority."

The price seemed pretty consistent with what I expected to pay. They were able to get someone out a lot quicker than I assumed it would take. They ran into some issues with draining the old tank (which was ancient), but he was able to resolve it in a timely fashion. Overall, I was happy with the professionalism, and the job done."
