"I needed to have an exterior door installed in place of an old one. Since I needed to have the door replaced right away, Jerry was able to fit me into his busy schedule. The old door was steel and had wood rot from water damage, and the molding needed to be replaced as well. I wanted to replace the door only; however, Jerry convinced me to replace everything with fiberglass so I wouldn't have to be concerned about any more water damage. "When you find a vendor who can be counted on, has competitive pricing, a wide range of products, and superior knowledge of those products, you keep that person's contact info close by! Ronald and Marco know more about flooring than any other flooring installer I've ever hired. Ronald came out to measure for four rooms of new carpet and 3 rooms for carpet cleaning. Even with the short notice, Ronald and Marco were able to get all that work done within a couple of days - before our movers were delivering our furniture. I already have an estimate from Ronald for 850 sq ft of tile we're having installed in the near future. I have no doubt that it will look great and last forever. AB Floors & Restoration will treat you right and make your floors look amazing!

In the last review I mentioned that we had a tile job coming up with AB Floors. They did indeed install over 850 sq ft of tile throughout my home and it looks AMAZING!!! However, not only did they do that, these guys ALSO were able to take care of some MAJOR renovations in the house. With their experience in flood restoration, Ronald, Marco, and their guys came in, demo'd my entire kitchen, took down one load bearring and two non load bearring walls, installed new load bearring header(s) and columns, installed/finished the drywall, resurfaced our ceilings, and installed trim. Not only does our house look absolutely amazing, but they got the job done in about 30 days AND kept because of proper preparation, the amount of dust and debris in my home was kept to a minimum. Having done renovation projects like this before (both myself and hired out), I was beyond pleasantly surprised at how quickly, efficiently, and professionally our project got done. Expecting this type of work to take 3-6 months with lots of down time in between, getting the major structural work, flooring, etc all done in 30 days +/- was truly remarkable. If there were questions or concerns (which there were VERY few), Ronald and Marco were just a phone call away. These issues were resolved with either a phone call and then reporting back to me OR even a visit here to the job site. I took on the job of GC for this entire project. Having Ronald & Marco as my "Project Managers" for the structural portion was a decision I'm going to be happy with as long as we live in this house. Even on the last day when they came to pick up the final bits of trash, finish up the punch list, and get their final check, Marco noticed a little spot (maybe a 1/4") in a transitional doorway (meeting of tile and carpet) where there is no grout. They told me to plan for the tile guy to come out and fix that soon (and I'm sure they will, but it wasn't even something we noticed). One last thing, I called 7 contractors to look at my project. You know it's a bad sign when they either 1) don't return your calls or 2) try to talk the customer OUT of getting permits and having inspections. Not only did AB Floors & Restoration come out when I asked, but, Ronald referred us to the architect/design firm to draw up our plans, gave us what we thought was a fair estimate, AND was (I think) more comfortable with the fact that we were getting this job permitted and inspected. There is no doubt that I will call AB Floor & Restoration again. Many thanks Ronald and Marco! We are SO thrilled!!!
