"This was a Home depot purchase and they use DRF to contract the install on 2018 had 2 tankless water heaters installed they are Navien 240S the heat exchanger is leaking and as the customer I have to call for the warranty issue as DRF will not or they want to send someone for triple the price to inspect the unit. Price gouging DO NOT USE THEM "

"Dan was early for appointment, & hauled away my old water heater, replacing it with a new Bradford White. He was courteous and efficient, and was done in just over an hour. He did project for the quoted price, and I will call him for my next plumbing project of replacing my toilets! Highly recommend!"

Went to the box store first and trusted my instinct to not have them 'send a guy'. i wanted a real licensed plumber to review this and am really glad I did. "Ryans team replaced PVC from the well tank to the Water Conditioning System, removed an unnecessary bypass manifold, and replaced the treated water to the Kitchen. The drinking water osmosis tank was relocated and connected to the refridgerator water/ice dispensers. Drain pipe from kitchen to septic system was replaced. More room, via better placement of components and some 'heads up' regarding our newer Hot water heater. Super clead and effecient ! I highly recommend BOESCHE Plumbing !"
