"After another vendor recommended major repairs to a central AC system, so I called Parker Heating and Cooling to get another quote. Although I did not ask for a diagnosis, Jeremy inspected the system and discovered an overlooked minor problem, which he took care of. His diligence and honesty saved us thousands of dollars! Jeremy was very responsive and easy to deal with and checked back to make sure the problem was resolved. These days "five stars" has diminished in meaning, but this truly was excellent service!"

"Went very well, considering I needed my furnance fixed on a Sunday. I was able to call up at 7am and the tech was out to my house later that morning. Juan did a great job, fixed the problem and explained to me what he did. I would hire this company and ask for Juan if you have any HVAC needs."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I moved into a condo on April 1st and bought a new washer and dryer a couple of days later. The dryer was not drying the clothes thoroughly even after running it two or three times. I had a feeling the vent was clogged with lint. I called Superior and they were able to come out within a week and they gave me a good price. They showed up on time and did a great job. I couldn’t believe how much lint they were able to remove. Dryer works great now!"

"Tom is absolutely honest, trustworthy, accomplished, professional, personable, and thorough. I got his name from Angie's List the first time I used him and all the reviews about him were spot on. I've now used him twice and refer him to all my friends. I wish all people in the service industry were as good as he is!"

"The service was fantastic. These guys are the best. They were very thorough and gave good suggestions on how to improve the efficiency. They sealed things up and caulked and put in weather stripping. This particular crew has an inspector that checks the work. The inspector said I really enjoy checking this companies work as he said they are very efficient and they do great work. They were very nice and knowledgeable to work with. This was part of a program in Connecticut where they will replace up to 40 light bulbs with compact florescent bulbs. They will change out light fixtures with LED lights and the cost was far better than I could have gotten myself. They run a test before the work is started and then they do a test afterwards to show how much more efficient your home is. They give a report showing how efficient your home is and making other suggestions. They also give you discounts on making your home more efficient within a certain amount of time from the report."

"They don't follow instructions.  I asked them to call me in advance to going to my dads house where the service is rendered.  My dad is elderly and I only live right down the street.  So they show up anyway without calling me in advance. "

"It went well. I am now able to get ice. I answered yes to was money paid or were services performed. The answer isYES the services were performed but NO to money paid."

"

This was a $99 big deal purchase. They did a decent job of cleaning out the dryer. They came on time and were professional. I think they were more interested in getting us to purchase the larger air vent and duct cleaning package which is not something we were interested in. They came out within a week or two weeks after I bought the deal. They certainly responded pretty quickly to schedule the service. They were certainly reliable and punctual. When they looked at our dryer, I am not sure exactly what it meant but they said they couldn't clean the duct exactly the way they were supposed to so they went outside and vacuumed it from there. The price was reasonable but probably I would have done better if I had looked around.
