"No problems. The technicians are polite, competent, and come on time. The office staff are also courteous, competent and helpful. I have not needed emergency service for either AC or heat, which probably indicates that they are doing a good job with maintenance."

"We had Sean and his team install a full house ductless heat pump system. I cannot recommend them enough. They were friendly, organized, efficient, and were sweet to my zoo of pets. Their work was done beautifully. I am picky about placement and how things look and they knocked it out of the park. I’m very happy with the job they did."

"He turned a unusable basement bathroom into a new much appreciated functioning one. It took a lot of re-piping and a new pump with grinder was installed. Price was good, work was thorough and friendly customer service. Happy customer"

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"Yancy heating was prompt to contact us and set up an appointment. He explained everything and provided an accurate estimate of the cost. He worked with our schedule as well. We will be using his services in the future."

"The process of replacing my furnace during the cold winter was very pleasant Jeremy started the job immediately and worked all night to make sure we had heat I highly recommend him"

"Early Summer our A/C system was not working properly. Kenny and several employees responded promptly and repaired several issues with our system and got it working. They returned with a part they ordered and installed it the next day. All working fine now."

"30 Years ago when the heat went out at work on Christmas eve at 2am, Astar responded immediately !! Now today as a homeowner, when my furnace stopped working , I called AStar first!! ( not because the name starts with an A). Kyle the Service tech, could not get to my home because the roads were closed for a local event. He had to park his truck a mile away and carry his tools and parts. Instead of postponing the appointment, my heat was repaired quickly ! I am glad to see there level of service continues to exceed expectations ! Ed , Kyle deserves a Raise !!"
