However, we ran into a major issue: the drying equipment required more power than my house could handle. They had to hire an electrician for temporary panels. The owner explicitly told me he would cover that cost, but I later received an unexpected $3,000 bill that insurance refused to cover. Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach. I waited three weeks for a repair that ended up being poor quality. "

They were very nice at first, then when they came to install the new water heater they told me they "had to come back to get my old water tank" because their truck was full. I didn't think anything of it... they stopped answering me entirely and cancelled 3 appointments to come get it. It's now been almost 6 weeks. They do not care about their customers and don't keep their word. DO NOT hire these guys. Now I have to dispose of this myself."

The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
