"We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend!

"I have been going to WPSC during the past 1.5 year. One concern I had when I moved to the area was finding a trust worthy service center. I have tried a few, but WPSC has been the most reliable, trustworthy shop in the area. I have brought all three cars to this shop for inspections, oil/filter change, and other necessary services (one of the cars is still under warranty, but we still bring the car here for non-warranty related services).

On two occasions, I brought a car for strange noises: WPSC road tested the car and made adjustments (e.g., greasing up the joints) without charging for the time. I trust their work and the way they maintain relationships with customers. I would highly recommend this shop."

"Andrew Herring was great, he was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation. Andrew also gave quotes, with descriptions, and took the time to show me the reasoning for the preventative maintenance that he was advising, informative but not pushy or overbearing, and as a woman, who has been taken advantage of by other service providers, it was refreshing to find honesty, respect and the willingness for explanation. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Everything went as expected and service was great!  
We moved into an old townhouse a year ago and had been wanting to have the air ducts cleaned.  However, due to other urgent projects we had to postpone it until March 8 this year.  I'd been looking forward to having Joel and his team come and do the job because of all the good reviews and they sure did not disappoint!  I have to say they are by far the best contractor we've had since we moved into this place (and we've had quite a number of contractors!).  
First of all, Joel is the nicest person I've ever met.  He is just such a warm person, responsive, attentive, polite and explains everything to you. 
Second, he is the most hard-working person and just has a passion in what he is doing.  They came to the house around 7am and worked until 4pm non-stop.  Most service providers only spend a couple of hours on a project like this but they spent almost the whole day.  They definitely do not cut corners and did a really thorough job at cleaning all the ducts.  At the end of the day, I felt I could breathe again.  The whole house felt thoroughly cleansed.  Joel showed us the video of the vacccuming and we could not believe how much dust had accumulated!  
We would definitely use them again!
