"From the first meeting with Matt when he gave us a timeline and our estimate, through the install and the walk through of finished work, it was all very well done. The installers were very polite and made sure that any flooring that they would be walking on or bringing out the old water heater on were completely covered to protect from any dirt or water. Any time we went to see if they needed anything they would tell us what they had gotten done and what they were working on. Not once were they short or put out as some people are when you are curious about what is going on in your house. I would use Lighthouse any time and have already told our friends how professional and caring they were about everything that went into our home and the proper working of it all before they left. They also did not take the last half of our payment until the final walk through which was 5 days after all work was completed. They also do military discounts and cash/check discounts which is a lovely perk."

I wanted to replace the tank only, but both companies I called would only replace the entire toilet - which was much more expensive I didn't have any more time to shop around so I used Comfortable Climate because they were recommended by a family member who had used them last year to install two new toilets and they could come the following day. "It went well.  Fair price, good quality Bryant units.   They did encounter some unforeseen obstacles when replacing the HVAC units, related to poor past contractor work before I bought this house, but they responded appropriately, made things right.  ....Every job has the potential to be more or less challenging for a variety of reasons.  I like that they respond and tried to work with me.  For this reason, I can confidently say to other members that you should use them because if anything unexpected pops up, they will rise to the occasion.

"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."
